A: The natural growth cycle of your lashes is 6-8 weeks. With proper after care lash extensions should last about 4-6 weeks with reccomended 2-3 week refills.

Wetting lashes less than 12hrs after your lash appointment, changes in hormone levels, increased stress, seasonal allergies, crying, prescription medications, excessive rubbing of eyes, washing face and lashes with cleansers containing glycol and/or oil, rubbing face with towel or washcloth and sleeping on your face may decrease the life of your lash extensions.

A: Eyelash extensions are applied to the natural eyelash hairs and do not touch the skin. The application process is pain-free and relaxing that most clients fall asleep during the procedure.

A: In the shower or bath as normal, but be careful not to scrub hard at them. You can also use a oil free make up remover. After washing, pat them dry and give them a comb.

A: You need to keep the dry for 12hrs after they are applied. After that you can wash or swim as usually just pat them dry carefully afterwards and comb.

A: Most clients don’t find it necessary to wear mascara with eyelash extensions. However, if you must wear mascara, I advise using a water-based formula. Oil based products can dissolve the bonding agent used on your extensions, causing the lashes fall out sooner.

A: Yes you can - however, you have to remove contact lenses for the duration of treatment. It’s recommended to bring the case and solution with you to store them comfortably. They are safe to wear again once the treatment is complete.

A: No. When properly applied and maintained by you they should not damage your natural lashes at all. They simply fall out with you lash cycle. Do not attempt to pull out the lashes yourself though, as this could cause damage them.
